Well, I hit my anterior deltoids with flat and incline dumbbell presses.  On shoulder day I hit my rear delts with rear delt dumbbell flies, been doing super sets of these.  I then do dumbbell shoulder presses, with a weight that I go to failure in 6-12 reps.  4 sets of them bitches.  Then I do your standard shrugs, 15-25 reps a set for 4 sets.  Last but not least, 3 sets of later raises, but I keep my elbows bent cause of my long arms, to prevent shoulder injury.  I do a light weight, 15 or 20 pounds for 15-20 reps.  And that’s my shoulder routine as of now!
